We want you to love your purchase—but if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.
🛠️ Defective Products
If your knife arrives damaged or defective, we’ll make it right:
• Contact us within 10 days of purchase.
• We’ll cover return shipping and send you a replacement or issue a refund—your choice.
• Just email us at Adrian@edcpocketknives.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.
🚫 What’s Not Covered
We do not accept returns for:
• Knives that have been used, altered, or damaged through wear and tear.
• Products returned after the 10-day window.
• Non-defective items (we do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse).
📦 How to Start a Return
1. Email us at Adrian@edcpocketknives.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
2. We’ll send you a prepaid return label if the item qualifies.
3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund or replacement.
